Nhưng anh vốn không phải mẫu viên chức chăm chỉ, cho nên thu nhập chẳng đáng là bao. Đã vậy, Lâm Diểu Diểu (Xa Thi Mạn) lại ngày đêm bám theo anh, hai người gạt qua gạt lại, đuổi tới đuổi lui, sau cùng trở thành một đôi oan gia. Mãi cho đến khi gặp được người em trai cùng mẹ khác cha An Tổ Liên (Tạ Thiên Hoa), ký ức tuổi thơ đau buồn của Sảng trỗi dậy. Thì ra, lúc Sảng còn nhỏ, mẹ anh đã bỏ rơi cha con anh để chạy theo người đàn ông giàu có. Từ khi gặp em trai, tính tình Sảng thay đổi hẳn, từng bước ép nhà họ An vào đường cùng, khiến cho cô gái đa mưu như Diểu Diểu cũng không hiểu Sảng đang làm trò gì….
